Pre-Participation Physical Exam

For the 2023-24 school year, ACSC is continuing to use a completely paperless clearance process. The process includes a paperless IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical. A parent/guardian will be required to create an account and manage the necessary documents for all of their student/athletes using the PRIVIT Portal. This process will provide a higher level of security and efficiency than the previous process. Step-by-step instructions to complete the process can be found below.
