Program Fee vs. Meal Fee

There are 2 separate fees to play football:

Avon High School charges a $50 Program Fee, which goes to the school and is paid online through eFunds —> e-Funds For Schools

Avon Quarterback Club charges a $65 Meal Fee (maximum), which goes 100% toward feeding them before and after Away games, for all teams.

How much is the fee?

For the 2025 season, the fee is $65.00. However, if fundraisers are successful, that amount will be reduced or eliminated completely.

What if I can’t afford the fee?

There are opportunities to volunteer and “work off” your Meal Fee. Email Daphne Larson, President at avonquarterbackclub@gmail.com for more information.

We also provide payment plans! Email Daphne Larson, President at avonquarterbackclub@gmail.com and discuss a plan that would work best for YOUR family.

How do I pay the fee?

You can ALWAYS pay the Club by cash/check for ANYTHING. We offer online options for convenience, but we do generally add transaction fees to your total.

Pay In Person

Please make sure your player’s name is included with your payment.

• Give cash or check (made out to Avon Quarterback Club) to one of the following people authorized to handle money for the club:
  • Sarah Johnson (Treasurer – preferred)
  • Will Johnson (Vice President)
  • Daphne Larson (President)
  • Coach McGrath

Pay Online

Use the form above to tell us who you are, your player’s name, and then use a PayPal account or credit card to pay. A transaction fee of $2.00 is applied for online payments.
