DESCRIPTION:Join us for the end of year banquet! \nWhen:\nSunday\, December 10\, 2023 at 4pm.  Doors open at 3:30. \nWhere:\nAvon High School\, in the Field House.  Enter by the tennis courts. \nWhat:\nDinner will be catered by our friends at Barbecue & Bourbon.\nCoach Gibson and his staff will present awards to the players and staff \nWho:\nAll players\, coaches\, and managers (FREE — NO ticket required)\nFamily & friends (ticket required)\n \nWhat You Need To Do:\nONE:\nUse the RSVP form below to tell us if your player\, coach\, or manager plans to attend so that we can get an accurate head count.  They do NOT require a ticket.  You will receive an email with all of your RSVPs. \nTWO:\nUse the Ticket form below to purchase tickets for friends & family.  Tickets may ONLY be purchased through this page.  They are $22.00 each. \nEnter the name\, email address\, and player supported for each ticket.   As the purchaser\, you will receive an email confirmation with all of your tickets.  If you would like each ticket-holder to receive an email with just their ticket\, like if Grandma & Grandpa are coming separately\, you can put their email address on their ticket.  Otherwise\, just put your email address on every ticket. \nConfirmation emails will have QR Codes for easy check-in at the dinner.  (If technology makes you dizzy\, don’t worry … As long as your name is on our list\, we will check you in!) \nIf you have ANY questions at all\, please email Laurie and Sarah through the Contact form.
