DESCRIPTION:For the 2022-23 school year\, ACSC is continuing to use a completely paperless clearance process. The process includes a paperless IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical. A parent/guardian will be required to create an account and manage the necessary documents for all of their student/athletes using the PRIVIT Portal. This process will provide a higher level of security and efficiency than the previous process. Step-by-step instructions to complete the process can be found below. \n** You will not be able to participate if you don’t get a physical by June 1st.  Also\, any physical you have gotten before April 1st will NOT count for the summer. ** \nFor more information\, Hendricks Regional Health flyer or go to Avon High School Athletics Department > Policies & Procedures.
